Do you offer warranty?

Phaessa warranty policy covers basic repairs of manufacturer’s defects free of charge within 1 year from the date of purchase.  A sales receipt must be provided from Phaessa or an authorized retailer for this warranty to be valid.   This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or original craftsmanship.  Natural wear and tear is also not covered in our warranty.   Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to our address and we will cover the shipping cost to mail it back.  Please provide an up to date mailing address along with the repair item.

Where do I send my Phaessa pieces for repairs or cleaning?

To repair or clean your Phaessa pieces, please mail your piece along with your return address to us at, (our address).   Please note that before performing repairs, Phaessa will first examine whether the piece has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or original craftsmanship.  Phaessa will perform repairs free of charge if it is determined to be manufacture defects.  Other repairs or cleaning will be charged base on extend of the work, and if material need to be replaced.  Please contact us first.

Refund and exchange policy

15 days after item is received.  Must be in its original brand new condition, in its original packaging, with price tag still attached if any.  Buyer must incur the shipping cost back to us.  Phaessa will refund the money back to buyer in its original method of purchase after receiving the item.  The original invoice must be returned as well.   If exchange, please identify which item you would like to exchange with.  If the replacement  item exceeds the original.  Custom orders or special services are considered final sale that cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Can my lost piece be replaced?

If you lost a piece or one side of a pair of earrings, please write to us at Contact Us section with details such as what the piece look like, order number, the name of the piece, a picture of the lost piece if possible.  Phaessa will contact you back with how much it cost to reproduce the missing piece.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes.  Phaessa welcome all custom requests for any occasions.  We also welcome customer requests to customize existing Phassa pieces.  Cost will be determined on a case by case basis.   Please see our Custom section for more information.  Custom order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Phaessa offers a custom design process in two categories:

(1) Existing designs can be customized using different metal and/or colour, gemstone combination.

(2) Working with Phaessa’s designers to create an unique and original design.  Phaessa will work with you to realize your vision.

Please note: Phaessa will not create imitation of another’s design.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper.  Copper makes the silver harder, but gives it a tendency to tarnish, a darkening that occurs when sterling silver reacts with gases in the air or with other substances that it comes in contact with.

What is Argentium® Silver?

Argentium Silver is 93% silver, and 7% germanium, which inhibits tarnishing and increases durability.  Argentium is silver and is marked .930, which is never less than 93% silver.

Argentium Silver is the most tarnish resistant silver available today and stays bright and clean, requiring much less care than traditional sterling silver. What is Silver Plated?

Silver plated jewelry is a thin layer (usually around 0.05 millimeters) of silver electroplated with on top of the base metal.  However, over time the plating can wear off or become scratched.

Why don’t we use fine silver?

Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing jewelry; therefore, it is usually alloyed to give it strength while preserving the beauty of the precious metal.

Why do we use both Argentium silver and Sterling silver in our pieces?

Due to Argentium silver's anti-tanish ability, we use it on areas of more intricate and delicate designs to ease our wearers from polishing those area in the long run, and to decrease the risk any damages.  Simply keep the piece bright and shinny with regular wipe of a jewelry cloth.  If requested, Phaessa can make some designs entirely in Argentium silver, however due to the price difference of Argentium and Sterling silver, it is considered as a custom order.

What is Gold Filled?

Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass.  High quality gold-filled pieces have the same appearance as 14 karat (58%) gold.  Our gold-filled jewelry are made with 14kt GF.

What is Gold Plated?

Gold plating plated jewelry is a thin layer (usually around 0.05 millimeters) of gold onto the surface of another metal, most often copper by electrochemical plating.

How to care for your Jewelry?

To ensure lasting beauty of your jewelry, please wipe gently with a clean moist cotton cloth or a polishing cloth after wear to remove any body grease or chemicals such as cosmetics, perfume, sunscreens or hairspray.  Chemical substances can be corrosive to jewelry.  Allow to dry before storing. Please store your jewelry separately in its protective case or pouch that is included with your purchase to avoid scratching and to slow down tarnishing.
